Technical Architect

• Being responsible for technical choices, being a driving force for potential changes or migrations.
• Update and write the standards for the platforms.
• Act as a technical reference for the Application Delivery and DevOps teams.
• Draft Architecture Decision Records.
• Assist in the setup of development environments within the group.
• Create technical and application architecture diagrams.
• Participate in robustness and load testing.
• Contribute to the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing and upcoming applications.
• Participate in the quality assurance of the group's applications.
• Participate in development during sprints if necessary.
• Ensure the improvement of software design and development standards.
• Assist in training developers to make them high-performing technical teams.
• Ensure a role of technological monitoring.
• Guarantee and ensure the performance of applications and be able to propose optimizations accordingly.
• Develop a strong business knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree + 3/5 years (Computer science/engineering)
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Skills: Very good knowledge of the following topics: Application and Technical Architecture, Integration Patterns, Design
• Patterns, Java, Spring and Spring Cloud, ORM, Web Services, containerization, and Azure Cloud.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, persuasive.
• Collaboration: Team-oriented.
• Learning: Adapts from feedback and experiences.
• Solution Design: Skilled in designing and modeling solutions.
• Initiative: Proactive and self-starting.
• Tech Knowledge: Up-to-date with current technologies.
