Description du poste

  • Collect information for the opening of customer accounts and the opening of Documentary Credits
  • Process orders & manage customer reminders and logistic/financial claims, except after-sales.
  • Work in collaboration with sales teams (customer follow-up/debit note follow-up, customer file update) and other departments.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Verification of product availability.
  • Verification of tariffs according to tariff agreements and compliance with the GTCS (General Terms and Conditions of Sale),
  • Sending acknowledgement of receipt for validation and preparation of orders
  • Preparation of documents required for customs formalities,
  • Contact with carriers/freight forwarders,
  • Sending original documents to clients.
  • Provide after-sales service in collaboration with the Quality Department.
  • Work in collaboration with sales teams (customer follow-up/debit note follow-up, customer file update) and other departments.

  • Graduate or HSC with 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of the import/export field
  • Ability to meet deadlinesAbility to convince, strong communication skills and active listening
  • Team player
  • Organised and good management of priorities
  • Recognized functional expertise in his field
  • Interpersonal skills (ability to create internal and external relationships)
